Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 29, 2026

PixableSoft S.A. ("PixableSoft," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website at www.pixablesoft.com (the "Website"), publishes certain mobile applications (each, an "App"), and provides technology consulting and software engineering services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information in connection with the Website, Apps, and related business communications.

1. Scope

This policy covers:

  • Visitors to the Website
  • People who submit the Website contact form or email us
  • Users of Apps published by PixableSoft (where App-specific notices also apply)

Client project work may be governed by additional contractual terms and data processing agreements.

2. Information We Collect on the Website

Contact form

When you submit an inquiry, we collect the fields you provide, which may include:

  • Name
  • Work email address
  • Company (optional)
  • Selected service topic
  • Message content

We also process limited technical metadata needed to operate the form securely (such as approximate submit timing, IP address for rate limiting and abuse prevention, and user-agent information included in internal delivery logs). We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data through the contact form; please avoid including sensitive information in your message.

Analytics (optional)

If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate Website usage (for example page views, approximate geography, device type, and scroll depth). Analytics is not loaded until you accept. You can decline analytics and continue using the Website. Measurement identifiers and event names may include non-personal interaction labels (such as a selected service topic id) and are configured to avoid sending message content or other inquiry fields to analytics.

Security and spam protection

The contact form may use honeypot and timing checks and, when enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated abuse. Those providers may process technical data as described in their own policies.

Automatically collected technical data

Our hosting and web server logs may record IP address, requested URLs, timestamps, and browser/user-agent strings for security, diagnostics, and reliable delivery.

3. Information Collected in Apps

Depending on the App, we may collect account details you provide, profile preferences, content you create in the App, device and usage information, crash diagnostics, and information from third-party sign-in or payment providers when you choose to use those features. App store listings may include additional disclosures.

4. How We Use Information

  • Respond to Website inquiries and manage business development communications
  • Operate, secure, and improve the Website and Apps
  • Measure Website performance when analytics consent is given
  • Prevent spam, fraud, and abuse
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms
  • Provide customer support and administrative notices for Apps

5. Processors and Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with:

  • Hosting and infrastructure providers that host the Website and email delivery systems
  • Google Analytics when analytics consent is accepted
  • Cloudflare when Turnstile is enabled for spam protection
  • Professional advisors or authorities when required by law or to protect our rights
  • Parties to a business transfer (merger, acquisition, or asset sale), subject to appropriate protections

6. Retention

Contact inquiries are retained as long as needed to respond and maintain ordinary business records, then deleted or anonymized according to our retention practices unless a longer period is required by law. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics property settings. Server logs are retained for a limited operational period.

7. Security

We use HTTPS and reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal information, withdraw consent, or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise rights, email info@pixablesoft.com.

Website analytics: use the on-site consent controls (Accept / Decline). Clearing site data may prompt the choice again.

California residents may have additional CCPA/CPRA rights. We do not sell personal information. EEA/UK/Swiss visitors may have GDPR rights; PixableSoft is the controller for Website inquiry and analytics data described here.

9. International Transfers

Information may be processed in Argentina, the United States, and other countries where our providers operate. We take appropriate measures consistent with applicable law.

10. Children

The Website and Apps are not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable digital consent age). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date on this page.
